Our mission is to provide top-notch services and solutions that drive success for our clients and employees alike.

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team as a key member of our finance department. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and overall financial health of our operations. As a hybrid remote worker, you'll enjoy the flexibility to balance remote work with essential in-person team collaborations, allowing you to strike a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and ensure timely payment of all bills and invoices, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accurately record financial transactions within our accounting system, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
  • Manage payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring compliance and precision to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review and maintain financial records to guarantee completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to support financial analysis and reporting initiatives, driving informed business decisions.
  • Generate clear financial reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable finance-focused position, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a dedicated commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial transactions and reporting.
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding financial information, with a strong commitment to data security and compliance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred, but not required. We're more interested in your skills, experience, and passion for finance than your academic background.

We're committed to fostering opportunities for professional advancement and development, enabling you to enhance your skills and progress in your career within a fast-paced financial environment. Our team is dedicated to supporting your growth and success, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career development.
