Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or higher.
