About the Role
As a CSR at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our existing and potential agency clients, providing them with prompt, friendly, and effective support across a wide range of servicing needs. Your expertise and proactive approach will be instrumental in resolving complex customer service issues, driving agency retention, and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone, email, and SMS, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, and other related documents to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible resolutions and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple insurers' products and agent portals to efficiently service clients and meet their needs.
- Utilize our CRM and in-house comp rater, along with other software tools, to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in P&C Insurance, with an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- A proven track record of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision.
- The ability to thrive in an environment with frequent process and system updates, adapting quickly to changes and applying them to drive sales goals.
- Natural problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Superior computer fluency, with the ability to learn new systems rapidly and navigate multiple carrier portals simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, having:
- Active licenses in 40+ states.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary starting at $47.5k, with an automatic increase to $50k after 3 months.
- Uncapped bonuses for up-selling and cross-selling insurance products.
- A 4% commission on total written premiums, with no cap.
- Bonuses for putting in extra hours.
