About the Role: Remote LTC Data Entry Technician
We're seeking a highly skilled and team-oriented Data Entry Technician to join our Symbria Rx Services team. As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of prescription orders and medical records. Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently perform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records. As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, you will be the backbone of our operations, working closely with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact physician offices as needed for refill authorization and client verification for order clarification.
 - Process new and refill prescriptions, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.
 - Verify eligibility, proof, and input prescriptions into our system.
 - Document correspondence and follow-up activities within our system.
 - Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to management.
 - Forward incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and track their status.
 - Initiate and document correspondence and follow-up activities.
 - Assist with research on lost or missing orders as requested by internal departments.
 - Provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs.
 - Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients through prompt and professional call handling.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
 - Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as required by your state.
 - Currently reside in a state where Symbria Rx Services is licensed (AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI).
 - Experience with FrameWorks LTC (Docutrack experience is preferred).
 - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of pharmacy data entry experience.
 - Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.
 - Long-term care pharmacy experience.
 - Frameworks and Docutrack experience.
