- Compile detailed reports on your findings and submit them to your supervisor in a timely manner
- Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey your observations and feedback
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to our quality control processes and procedures
- Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access, to manage data and generate reports
- Leverage Email Mail Merge to streamline communication with customers' employees and supervisors
Essential Qualifications and Skills
