Job Overview: Customer Care Professional - Data Entry Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our client care team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and executives, and recommending the right blithequark products to meet their needs. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional client service, are proficient in data entry, and have a strong background in sales and customer support, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and executives to understand their needs and recommend suitable blithequark SBS products.
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other components of blithequark Small Business Services.
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment.
- Record relevant account data according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain integrity by complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to selling and sales practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Two or more years of client support experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, business acumen, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+).
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available.
