Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service experiences to our customers. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and technical support. This is a 40-hour per week position, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require working outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and technical support
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Provide best-in-class service experiences for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
- Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and services they need
- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through every interaction

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this role, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, demonstrating an understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy or medical setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives
