About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Call Center Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when necessary. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle emergency signals in a timely and professional manner
  • Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
  • Dispatch proper authorities when necessary, following established protocols and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner

Requirements and Qualifications
