Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology to provide exceptional service
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers
  • Explain and position products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate team or supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with data entry and computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Wired, high-speed internet connection (download speed of 20Mbps+) required for remote work
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Highly reliable, with a strong track record of attendance and punctuality
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and patience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
  • State or federal work experience

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment, with the majority of time spent sitting or standing while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may be required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer, and may need to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
