Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing excellent customer care, making each caller feel valued and important
  • Utilizing computer skills to navigate software and systems, including internet browsers and email
  • Communicating effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic, with a focus on dependability and thoroughness in task completion

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service related field
  • An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and handle confidential information
  • A strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability and a thorough approach to task completion

In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and provide solutions

Scheduling and Work Arrangements

We currently have full-time shifts available, including:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

This is a work from home position, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from your own residence. Please note that you must be located in an area with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
