Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving solutions within the HR and Finance Workday team. You will work closely with the Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities. As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in data analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
  • Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Evaluate effort and value for solutions
  • Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures
  • Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
  • Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency to keep moving
  • Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
  • Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You will also need to have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with Workday data migrations and integrations
  • Knowledge of software development approaches and methodologies
  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues
  • Ability to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical specifications
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams/tasks, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
