Key Responsibilities:

  • Passenger Information Management: Enter passenger information, flight details, and other relevant data into our company database with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure all data entered meets quality standards and is error-free, adhering to our company's protocols and guidelines for data handling and confidentiality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management as needed.
  • Organizational Tasks: Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic files and records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in data entry and management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
