About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Manhattan, Kansas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all customer requests and data entry, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to efficiently manage customer interactions, track issues, and resolve problems.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company policies to provide informed and effective support to customers.

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or animal health environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.

Skills and Abilities
