Your Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in both English and Spanish. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing each contact interaction with customer satisfaction as your top priority
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions
  • Informing customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Delivering on commitments and following through on promises
  • Resolving customer issues same day, or at most within 24 hours
  • Providing accurate information to customers at all times
  • Listening carefully to understand the true customer question
  • Interacting with customers by asking probing questions to identify needs and provide proper solutions

Requirements

To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • A passion for delivering stand-out customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 proficiency)
  • Ability to ask probing questions and resolve problems effectively
  • Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and online systems (e.g., Office, G Suite)
  • Experience in a call center industry preferred
  • Flexible scheduling and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts
  • Ability to work in multiple online systems simultaneously
