- Develop in-demand skills that employers are looking for, including Salesforce Admin Technical Training, career coaching, and one-to-one mentoring
- Work with a supportive community of like-minded women, including peer support groups and recruitment support
- Enjoy a competitive salary, with starting salaries ranging from £35k PA / £150 day rates, increasing to an average of £60k PA / £400 day rates within 2-3 years based on learning and progression
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in our Returner Programme, you should have:
- Transferable skills from paid or volunteer roles, such as people management, project management, customer service, data analytics, training/facilitation skills, communication skills, leadership skills, process improvement, and customer engagement/journey building
- Experience working in various industries, including consumer goods, healthcare and life sciences, communications, media, public sector, non-profit, commerce, financial services, manufacturing, energy & utilities, travel and hospitality, transport & logistics, high tech, business service, and automotive industry
- A desire to upskill in new technology, continue with lifelong learning, work at a computer and desk, and communicate with people
