About the US Consumer Services Team

The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels.

About the Business Enablement & Operations Team

The Business Enablement & Operations team has a pivotal role in supporting the development and control environment for American Express Global Dining. This team is critical to building partnerships with risk subject matter experts across Amex and driving forward operational processes to enhance the user, guest, restaurant, and Card Member dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and action on requirements for internal governance processes through collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with partners on key cross-functional initiatives that will enable our global dining business to scale and implement long-term procedures and practices
  • Provide cross-functional collaboration with other teams across our global dining organization on business needs
  • Contribute to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities to increase agility and speed to market
  • Support Issue & Complaints Management for Global Dining Business, developing solutions to stop harm and implement long-term controls

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work with team members across different functions and with colleagues at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Skill in driving results against aggressive timelines, managing multiple priorities, and executing flawlessly
  • Strong mix of analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results
  • A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing or ambiguous environment as required
  • Ability to work with partners and across internal teams to effectively manage projects and meet timelines
  • Passion for restaurants and desire to work on the dining landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of global dining platforms and SaaS technology
  • Experience with project management and process improvement

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits, as well as flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.
