Job Summary

As a Senior Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Business Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that meet customer needs and drive beverage category profit and volume.
 - Build Strategic Relationships: Establish long-term strategic visions for each customer to ensure maximum volume, profit, and value growth. Build short- and long-term plans to realize the full potential of partnerships.
 - Conduct Regular Business Reviews: Meet with customers to monitor relationships, re-affirm strategies, and steward business, operational, and personal value created for customers.
 - Meet with Senior-Level Buyers: Build relationships and gain support and commitment from senior-level buyers for various initiatives and programs.
 - Consultative Sales Approach: Provide key insights and share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision-making around food and beverage and marketing initiatives.
 - Execute Business Initiatives: Sell in and execute business-planned initiatives while ensuring timely implementation and monitoring performance outcomes.
 - Drive Revenue Growth: Ensure meeting revenue and operating income plans and identify levers to drive these metrics.
 - Collect and Analyze Information: Gather information using various tools and techniques to understand customer objectives, strategies, business priorities, and personal wins.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
 - Strategic Sales Experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
 - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and interact with a broad range of customer associates and internal stakeholders.
