Your responsibilities will include: * Updating passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into blithequark's computer systems with a high level of accuracy. * Processing reservation statistics, including bookings, cancellations, and adjustments to flight itineraries. * Managing and updating customer information, ensuring that all facts are current and correct. * Supporting the input of financial and accounting data related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses. * Verifying the accuracy of records before access and correcting any errors or discrepancies as required. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of data between systems. * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security and privacy guidelines. * Assisting in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by the airline's management team. * Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is desirable. * Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software.
