Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associate- Remote (US only)
Job Description
As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
• Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
• Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
• Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
