Our team works on titles distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. We also work on tune-in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic, and FX. As a Specialist, Paid Social, you will be at the forefront of executing paid social media plans that support our client's goals and drive engagement with their audiences. Job Responsibilities The Specialist, Paid Social, will be responsible for managing the execution of Disney's paid social media plans, working closely with the Social team across specialty platforms to execute campaign strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing paid social tactics for current campaigns, including multiple, simultaneous media plans • Building strong relationships with client counterparts and managing day-to-day relationships, problem-solving, and troubleshooting • Developing complex audience targeting strategies to reach and engage with Disney's diverse audiences • Managing daily budget pacing and understanding basic bid management and optimizations to ensure campaign efficiency and effectiveness • Reporting and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and optimizing campaign performance • Conducting thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all outputs • Optimizing content calendars and search and social plans to produce rigorous and clean data, informing future campaign strategies • Presenting campaign results and insights to internal and client-facing teams, articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in paid social execution, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns • A solid understanding of all major biddable platforms, including Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads, and others • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate and communicate clearly in internal and client-facing meetings • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment, with strong presentation skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: • Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools • Experience working with Disney or other entertainment brands • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools • Certifications in paid social media, such as Facebook Blueprint or Twitter Flight School Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: • Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape and best practices • Ability to develop and implement complex audience targeting strategies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize campaign performance • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At OMG23, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
