• Conduct fitness assessments using InBody 570 analysis equipment to evaluate client progress and adjust programs accordingly
• Provide guidance and support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software
• Participate in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing to stay up-to-date with industry developments and share knowledge with colleagues
• Ensure the fitness floor and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and protocols
• Participate in marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention
• Exhibit a desire for learning, research, and continual growth for professional development

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Valid professional certifications with nationally recognized elite organizations, such as NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and CPR/AED
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, preferred
• 3 or more years of experience as a trainer, with a proven track record of obtaining and retaining clientele
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for Club Ready software
• Maturity and work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
