Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Screening and responding to correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the Office Manager.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Processing expense reports and screening incoming requests, and preparing forms to process and pay requests.
  • Coordinating office supplies and equipment, and ensuring that the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
  • Handling confidential or sensitive division information with discretion and care.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and care.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
  • 3 years of general administrative experience, including experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
  • Partner's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
