Our mission is to harness the power of technology to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact on the world. **About the Role** As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in leading our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. You'll work closely with our design and engineering teams to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC), collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop actionable insights. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and project management will be essential in driving business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop actionable insights * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects * 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional growth and development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for technical program management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
