Job Overview

We are currently hiring Remote Chat Support Agents for overnight shifts, offering a competitive pay rate of $25 - $30 per hour. This work-from-home position provides the flexibility of overnight hours, making it ideal for those who prefer a quieter work environment or have availability during non-traditional hours. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will handle live chat interactions with clients, provide detailed information on our reputation management and SEO services, and resolve any issues that arise. Your primary objective will be to deliver a seamless and positive client experience, guiding clients through our service offerings and helping them leverage Warrior PR’s expertise to enhance their brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt and Professional Client Engagement: Engage with clients via our chat platform, responding to inquiries quickly and professionally, and managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously while ensuring each client receives timely and accurate responses.
  • Clear Communication of Service Offerings: Guide clients through our offerings, explaining how each service can address their specific needs and support their business objectives, and simplifying complex concepts to provide clear, concise information that empowers clients to make informed decisions.
  • Effective Issue Resolution: Leverage problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently, whether it’s clarifying service details, troubleshooting basic technical problems, or escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Detailed Documentation of Interactions: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions, including the specifics of client inquiries, issues encountered, and the resolutions provided, to support continuity of service and ensure that clients receive consistent and high-quality support.
  • Identifying Opportunities to Enhance Client Value: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional services that align with client business goals, and suggest upgrades or complementary services to contribute to the growth of both our clients and Warrior PR.
  • Keeping Up with Service Developments: Stay informed about changes to Warrior PR’s services and the broader landscape of public relations and SEO, and participate in ongoing training to ensure that you are equipped with the most current information to assist clients effectively.

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service or chat support, ideally within the PR, SEO, or digital marketing sectors. However, previous experience is not strictly required; we value individuals who are eager to learn, highly motivated, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service. Familiarity with CRM tools, chat software, and basic troubleshooting techniques will be advantageous and help you excel in this role.
