About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound campaigns. You'll work independently from home, but you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to supporting each other's success. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound campaigns * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Work independently from home, with regular check-ins and support from the team

Computer Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following computer requirements: * A personal desktop computer or laptop that meets the following specifications: + Processor: I5 processor or better + Memory: 8 GB of RAM Memory or more + Internet minimum Speed: 50MBPS + Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome + 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels + Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones + USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer * Anti-Virus software: ESET or McAfee
