About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Full Stack Supply Chain Distribution Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, driving success in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and performing support tasks for offices and equipment to expand Activities execution, under the guidance of the Dispersion Center (DC) board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focuses on and facilitates work tasks for Senior Maintenance Specialists/Support Experts to ensure basic work tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Mentors Senior Support Specialists/Maintenance Experts through guidance, training, establishment of goals, and communication of good maintenance practices.
  • Coordinates, plans, and performs:
    • Preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling and other Dispersion Center (DC) equipment.
    • Protection, remedial, and predictive support on sophisticated automated equipment.
  • Coordinates and utilizes Automated Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution apparatus and equipment according to the manufacturer's recommendations and good maintenance practices.
  • Maintains a safe work environment by recording and rectifying potential safety issues concerning material-handling equipment or distribution center office.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A partner's certification in Modern or Maintenance Technology AND at least 3 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment, OR at least 5 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years' experience in industrial power, including single-phase and three-phase power, engines, protective devices, and photo sensors.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic standards.
  • No less than 3 years' experience transferring and downloading Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), System Control Programming (SCSs), and scanners.
  • No less than 3 years' experience with devices like photo sensors, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), remote Information/Operating System modules (I/O), servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
  • Ability to move to the 100-foot level to make repairs without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift parts and tools weighing up to 80 pounds without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to perform tasks that include repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, reaching, turning, sitting, standing, and walking without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in indirect management of colleagues, including assisting in the development, training, and assignment of work/tasks to other colleagues.
