They are seeking a motivated Academic Advisor (English Track) to support product development, internal testing, and team building for English-related educational products. Responsibilities • Research target market segment and clients’ needs related to English-related subjects, courses, and products (e.g., IB-English courses, AP-English, IB/AP assignments, etc.) • Collaborate with other members related to English subject team, as well as the Art and Writing Desk (AWD), to design and oversee product timeline, structure, and standard operational process • Coordinate with the English business product management teams and academic research teams to develop new product lines, and design and improve current product curriculums and contents • Develop and implement an evaluation system for employees to control product quality • Assist in developing marketing strategies and creating promotional materials for English-related products • Assist in designing, developing, managing, and refining English-related product internal testing procedures and packages • Participate in product internal testing; collect and analyze feedback from internal users to optimize products • Provide individualized English-subject-related consulting, brainstorming, test-preparation, and writing services based on the internal users’ needs and interests • Maintain and contribute to product, exam, and competition databases by compiling and analyzing relevant sample writings • Report to English BPM/BPA, English ARD coordinator, AWD Manager, and CEO about work status and development • Construct and streamline English and relevant AWD product modules • Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees for English-related products Skills • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written, spoken, and reading) • A fast learner and a problem solver • Basic knowledge of or the willingness to learn project management and strategy • Experience of or interest in working with a multicultural team that is spread out across various time zones • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and can work multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication skills and social awareness • Academic research and writing experience preferred Education Requirements • A minimum of master’s degree in English, Literature, Comparative Literature, Journalism, or other humanities-related field Benefits • Competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance packages • Commuter benefits plus supplemental insurance plans • 36 hours per week, and flexible working hours • Five sick days plus three weeks of paid vacation Company Overview • Founded in 2009, Thinktown Education Inc.
