As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting with customers, and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met. You'll work in a designated retail location, where you'll be responsible for facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your duties may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met * Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, thinking creatively to find solutions * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring a seamless customer experience * Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds * Availability to work part-time, with schedules varying week to week, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. **What It's Like to Work at blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
