Job Description and Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting insurance providers and patients to verify benefits and eligibility for medical services, ensuring smooth access to care. Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in medical benefits investigation. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required. You should have a strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
