Job Description and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting insurance providers and patients to verify benefits and eligibility for medical services, ensuring smooth access to care. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving benefit-related issues and discrepancies. You will maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in our system and adhere to all required KPIs.

  • Communicating with patients to explain their medical benefits and providing exceptional customer service

  • Adhering to all required KPIs and performance metrics

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in medical benefits investigation. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required. You should have a strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
