About the Role
We're currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to work a 4-day weekend shift, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating raving fans for blithequark. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a 4-day weekend shift, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
