**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Senior Manager for Aetna Jobs Boston, you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and investigators in the Retail Client Care Contact Center. You will oversee the implementation of the Retail Client Care Operations Framework (Wrike) and drive a culture of result ownership, analysis, and root cause investigation. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning will enable you to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own the end-to-end management of the RCC Task Management Framework (Wrike)
* One and Done data requests (Impromptu reporting)
* Yearly Working Model (Financial plan) oversight
* Analyze vital new development drives to provide profit from investment insights
* Create and supervise business communications and impact analysis
* Provide leadership by training/showing a team of labor force management supervisors and investigators. Furnish them with direction, support, preparation, and development opportunities. Assess their results to ensure accuracy guidelines are achieved
* Collaborate with functional leaders on execution management insights
* Continuous insights through analysis from Large Language Models and Brain Organizations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in labor force management or business analysis
* 3+ years of experience in driving a team of labor force management/information analysis experts
* Ability to work up to 25% of the time remotely
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Shown work experience using AI Models/Large Language Models/Brain Organizations
* Capability in Wrike or other task management frameworks
* Six Sigma, Spry or similar experience in functional proficiency and throughput analysis preferred
* Shown insight in data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development, including return on investment projections
* Solid quantitative analytical skills and project management skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to collaborate with senior business leaders, functional leaders, and finance
