**Job Summary**
As an Agency Bill Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assisting with the agency bill accounting processes within the Property & Casualty vertical. Your primary focus will be on administering and tracking client receivables, remitting carrier premium payments, and ensuring timely collection of premium payments and payments to carriers and brokers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with the accounts receivable process for all clients across all agencies, ensuring timely collection of premium payments and payments to carriers and brokers.
* Enter client payments into Applied Epic (lockbox, online payments, ACH/wires, finance company) to the appropriate client policy based on the remittance, and communicate with agencies when payments amounts do not match up.
* Assist with bank deposits when necessary, including using the bank's remote scanner.
* Assist with the accounts payable process for all carriers and brokers across all agencies by preparing payment reconciliation within Applied Epic.
* Track client receivable accounts to ensure timely collection of premium payments and payments to carriers and brokers.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements**
* Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functional groups, making accurate, independent decisions based on data provided.
* Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations is preferable.
**Education, Training, and Experience**
* A degree in a related field, such as business administration or accounting, is preferred.
* Relevant work experience in insurance operations, accounting, or a related field is essential.
* Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
