As a Customer Experience Representative at the Fort Wayne Airport, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notify management of any known customer problems or vehicle issues
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training

Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll need:- To be at least 18 years old
- To have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- To have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past 2 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- To be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- To be willing to accept the starting pay of $20.67 per hour, plus bonus opportunities
- To be able to work part-time with the following schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00am-3:00pm
