SourceAmerica supports a network of over 400 nonprofit agencies (NPAs) across the United States. These NPAs perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 30,000+ people with disabilities nationally. Our Regulatory Review team visits our NPAs across the US to review their federal contract performance, so ability to travel across a geographic territory is a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate will have federal contract review or auditing experience and be based on the West Coast of the US. A qualified candidate will likely meet SourceAmerica's requirements for full remote work. (See below) Responsibilities The position will assist SourceAmerica in accomplishing its mission by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to monitoring and assisting NPAs with maintaining qualifications under the AbilityOne Program. This responsibility includes contributing to the continuous improvement of regulatory practices related to SourceAmerica’s responsibilities as a Central Nonprofit Agency (CNA). Below is a summary of responsibilities. A full position description will be provided to qualified candidates during the interview process. • The position supports a variety of essential services to ensure long-term effectiveness, sustain ability, and relevancy regarding Regulatory Reviews, NPA oversight and monitoring, NPA technical assistance, and NPA capacity building related to regulatory initiatives and topics. • As a member of the Regulatory Review team, the incumbent will be responsible for completing Regulatory Reviews with NPAs, ensuring SourceAmerica’s policies and procedures for conducting regulatory reviews are followed, and that regulatory review trip reports are completed in a timely manner. • Through scheduled regulatory reviews the incumbent will identify NPA regulatory deficiencies, assign corrective actions as warranted, document corrective actions in regulatory review trip reports, and ensure corrective action activities/tasks are assigned to the designated Regulatory, Oversight and Monitoring (ROM) team member. • Document regulatory reviews, describing identified deficiencies in detail; cite detailed AbilityOne • standards or other federal regulatory requirements. Propose corrective measures and recommend • formal corrective action(s). • Participate in readiness reviews when requested by various SourceAmerica business units. • Assist NPAs concerning AbilityOne Program statutory and regulatory requirements . • Provide technical clarification of the AbilityOne Program standards and explanations of policies, • procedures, and directives. • Assist in the evaluation of NPA qualifications and capabilities and provide the U.S. AbilityOne • Commission with pertinent data concerning NPA qualifications. • Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise. Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $85,000 - $120,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. • 7 years relevant work experience with federal contract review, contract auditing, federal contracting, quality management, or related. • Ability to travel to NPA sites to perform review meetings 10 - 15 days per month (on average). Travel is often overnight. Preferred Qualifications • 10+ years relevant work experience. • Location of the ideal candidate is on the West Coast of the United States, based on the assigned territory of NPAs for this opening. • Experience with disciplined quality management systems such as ISO-9001 or similar • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred. Work Environment Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one’s proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. Applicants who reside on the west coast of the United States are preferred for this position due to the assigned geography of NPAs. A qualified candidate will likely meet SourceAmerica's requirements for full remote work.
