About the Role: Senior Manager, HR Compliance & Pre-Employment Delivery
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our HR Compliance and Pre-Employment Delivery team. As a strategic leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing pre-screening activities, post-offer clearance processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, HR business partners, and business leaders to drive strategic workforce planning and improve the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead and manage teams responsible for policy and procedure development, implementation, and maintenance of pre-employment checks and compliance clearance processes.
 - Oversee the processing and completion of all pre-employment screening activities, including fingerprinting, background checks, and USPS forms.
 - Develop and implement post-offer processes, including process mapping, data analysis, and formulating recommended solutions to improve the candidate experience.
 - Ensure effective and consistent delivery of pre-employment activities across the enterprise, partnering with Talent Acquisition and RPO partners to improve throughput and compliance clearance.
 - Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of pre-employment clearance data, using data analytics and visualization tools to inform business decisions.
 - Drive multiple hiring projects simultaneously, yielding superior results within tight timeframes, and create a culture that fosters a professional workplace, strong work ethic, and company pride.
 - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or HR, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a large, complex, global organization.
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.
 - Exposure to enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning activities, with the ability to translate strategy into actions and drive results.
 - Collaborative and client-centric approach, with a commitment to excellent service quality and a willingness to challenge assumptions and provide high-quality work products.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recruitment in a complex unionized environment.
 - Management or lead experience developing and managing a team in a function.
 - Experience in designing, implementing, and improving business processes aimed at solving complex business problems.
 - Experience in managing and working within an RPO environment.
