About Specialty Deals

A business powerhouse of specialized experts who provide customized ideas and solutions through dynamic selling and compelling visual marketing presentations that motivate guests and build the bin. Our teams in Clothing and Accessories (A&A), Beauty, and Electronics focus on guest experience while combining the completion of tasks that ensure the product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, measuring, setting, arranging, and maintaining the sales floor and the private cabin.

About the Role

As a Specialty Deals Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills in a role that's both challenging and rewarding. You'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly colleagues and leaders, and will have the chance to make a real impact on our business. Here are some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Drive complete store sales, understand your role in sales growth and what your specialties and team add to and mean for overall store productivity
  • Make a guest-focused culture and lead your team to focus on the guest experience and meet store sales objectives
  • Make schedules and make changes as needed to adjust to guest traffic and business needs
  • Manage your team to successfully design marketing and evaluate responsibility including changes, amendments, sales plans, examining and promotions
  • Know and evaluate the competition and influence guest experiences and feedback to drive the business and be the voice of the guest
  • Work a schedule that adjusts to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, short-term moves, and weekends)
  • Build a team of experts who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Clothing and Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics
  • Oversee and develop a sales force using selling training methods
  • Lead A&A, Beauty, and Electronics private cabin processes, association, design, and renewal of the sales to ensure the product is available for guests
  • Lead your team to create motivating visual moments in A&A, Home, Baby, and other occasionally important areas
  • Ensure fitting rooms are used as an extension of the sales floor and are welcoming
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and functional change
  • Anticipate and identify changes in unique store patterns
  • Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan, and select – both long and short-term
  • Create and mentor your endless team of Leaders to raise their skills and expertise
  • Lead team onboarding, and learning and assist with closing knowledge gaps and skill gaps through development, training, and team connections
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and execution of management
  • Offer support and a shopping experience that addresses the needs of the guest
  • Continuously demonstrate a culture of moral direction, safety, and consistency; lead and hold the team accountable for working similarly
  • Address store needs (crisis, administrative visits, etc.)
  • As a key transporter, follow all completely safe training and procedures
  • Any other responsibilities based on business needs
