Customer Service/Sales Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service/Sales associate to join our team at Home Depot. In this role, you will provide fast and friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and providing assistance with products. You will learn about our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project.
You will be responsible for maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe. This includes following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and correcting hazards or reporting them to the Manager on Duty.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is customer-focused, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Department Supervisors and other associates in your department as well as other departments.
