 - Preferred Qualifications: 6-8 years of relevant work experience, mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, and proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members
 - Essential Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, ability to attract and retain top talent, and experience with product management fundamentals, user research, and testing
 - Preferred Skills: Experience with extreme programming (XP) principles, paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment, as well as proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
