About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities

- Collect and Relay Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights, relaying them to the Hallow team to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Development Team: Identify potential issues and work closely with the development team to coordinate resolutions and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Support Customer Support Projects: Contribute to various customer support initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our users and the company.
Essential Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is required. Additional language skills in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog are considered a plus.
- Customer Support Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Technical Savviness: Familiarity with software tools such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk is highly desirable. Coding knowledge is not necessary but is considered an asset.
- Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MB/s is essential for this role.
