Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work autonomously, be self-directed, and possess excellent written English skills. Your ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads, including setup, strategy, and optimization
  • Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring exceptional customer service and support
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with other team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Conduct graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms, creating visually appealing and engaging content
  • Prepare reports, including data analysis and insights, to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies
  • Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Participate in lead generation and follow-up activities, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships

Essential Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, including setup, strategy, and optimization, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area
  • Google Ads experience, including setup, optimization, and reporting, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-directed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems in place
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation and follow-up
  • Google Certified, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Basecamp, and time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
