About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Chat Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a chat associate, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service, providing solutions, and creating a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective support to our customers
  • Reply to incoming emails from customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales skills to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering solutions and creating a positive experience for our customers
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, to ensure the success of our team and company
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to think fast and make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Great typing and computer skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • A strong work ethic, with a hustle and tireless approach to your work
