Job Overview
In this multifaceted role, you will be the voice of blithequark, creating meaningful connections with customers and introducing them to the latest technology, services, and offers. Your primary objective will be to provide effective and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, while also meeting monthly sales goals and delivering personalized recommendations for our products and services. As a Customer Service and Sales Call Center Representative, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication
- Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements
- Keep up with changes to technology and applications to provide the best resolution for customers
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to work in a remote environment and adhere to WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
- Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats)

Compensation and Benefits
