Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily, and providing them with an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional experience
• Run the register, cashier, and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Make purchase suggestions and promote our products and services
• Work with our food program and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that it is clean and well-organized
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be punctual for your shifts
• Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be a team player, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate effectively with customers
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun and working in a team environment
• Ability to come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
