You will work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving process goals and translating our core values into everyday practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence * Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement * Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes * Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives * Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures * Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance) * 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance) * Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) * Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) * Familiarity with automation and technology tools (e.g., robotic process automation, artificial intelligence) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
