• Respond to qualified inquiries via phone, Zoom, or email
• Use pre-approved scripts and systems for consistency
• Participate in online training and mentoring sessions
• Maintain professionalism and brand alignment
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 15 hours per week availability
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Basic digital literacy (Zoom, email, mobile apps)
• Self-directed, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Laptop, smartphone, and stable internet required
