Senior Manager, Consumer Integrated Marketing – New Verticals, Habituation, Affordability
Job Description:
• Lead strategies that deepen engagement and drive retention for DoorDash’s New Verticals
• Own how we turn new customers into loyal, habitual users
• Shape both 0→1 initiatives and scaled programs
• Manage a team of two and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
• Define the strategy, goals, and roadmap
• Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns
• Deeply understand consumer motivations and barriers
• Serve as the 'hub' within marketing
• Develop acquisition and retention strategies
• Track key metrics, cultural trends, and competitive insights
Requirements:
• 8+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or startup environment
• Fluency across the marketing mix
• Proven success driving retention and customer engagement
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Experience shaping affordability or value narratives
• Exceptional cross-functional influence
• Creative, collaborative problem-solving approach
• Bias for action and ownership
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
