The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Qual + Quant Pharma Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in executing FUEL's global fieldwork, including in-person, virtual, and quantitative research. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with global vendors to coordinate and conduct qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical research, as well as consumer and professional research as needed.
  • Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle, including all aspects of managing clients, partners, healthcare professional sample, and consumer sample as needed.
  • Work directly with various partners to set up and test survey links and redirects, conduct quality/audit checks, and all other components of online quantitative research.
  • Ensure all global vendors have the information and materials they need to execute projects effectively.
  • Run daily checks on the status of assigned projects, together with the client and external supplier, to ensure that project timeline and quality parameters are strictly observed.
  • Communicate project status and any potential challenges to our global clients and internal team.
  • Troubleshoot fieldwork issues and recommend solutions to our global clients and internal team.
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with projects, including monitoring financials and closing out projects.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource and consultant for other team members and client teams on their projects.
  • Help with other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a market research or pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and pharmaceutical industry trends.
  • Experience working with global vendors and partners, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.
