**Job Summary**
As a Guest Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing guest communications across various channels, including Airbnb, email, text, and phone calls. You will also schedule maintenance, data-mine rental and occupancy rates, purchase supplies, and create graphics for our listings and websites. If you're a quick learner, a team player, and a master of communication, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage guest communications across various channels, including Airbnb, email, text, and phone calls
* Schedule maintenance through text and phone calls
* Data-mine rental and occupancy rates from Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
* Purchase supplies and materials as needed
* Create graphics for our listings and websites
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Near-perfect English language skills, both written and spoken
* Experience in the vacation rental/hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in Airbnb, VRBO, Notion, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Microsoft products
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues
* Availability to work 5 days a week, with some weekends required, from 10AM to 6PM Central Standard Time
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
* Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Experience with graphic design and content creation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
