**Job Summary**
As a Health Plan Client Engagement Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional client engagement and relationship management. You will work closely with our Health Plan Team Lead, Sales Operations, and Special Events to develop and execute strategic plans that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing market trends, regulatory developments, and client feedback to create compelling value propositions and consultative messages.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze market trends and key regulatory developments to create consultative messages for clients with little direction
* Develop an in-depth understanding of Medicare value stories and support the creation of value propositions utilizing existing stories and key insights for prospect and existing client meetings
* Participate and coordinate on discovery calls between sales, clients, and Subject Matter Authorities
* Pull through content and consultative insights to support client engagement and relationship management
* Support day-to-day client inquiries and program management of Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that meet client needs and drive business growth
* Utilize data and analytics to inform client engagement strategies and measure program effectiveness
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, marketing)
* 3+ years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional client engagement and relationship management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, marketing)
* Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare or Medicaid
* Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Account Manager, Certified Marketing Professional)
* Proven experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
* Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
