As a key member of our product management team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. **Key Responsibilities** As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * **10% Delivery and Execution**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are aligned with business, partner, and customer needs. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that products meet organizational and customer expectations. * **60% Methodology and Planning**: Develop and implement cross-functional programs and innovation portfolios to drive business growth. Establish OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with UX Chiefs, Recognized Specialists (DEs), and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences. * **30% Team and Partner**: Collaborate with senior leadership to address business objectives, coordination, and innovation. Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive value by identifying and resolving obstacles. Oversee cross-functional team and partner assumptions to ensure alignment with product methodology and instruct requestors on prioritization based on business value and customer experience. **Direct Administrator/Direct Reports** This position typically reports to the Director of Product and has 0 direct reports. **Travel Requirements** Occasional travel (5% to 20%) may be required for business meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Working Conditions** This position is located in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional opportunities to move about.
